Community Outreach

Since 2008, the Complicated Grief Treatment Program has sought to identify and build relationships with community leaders and organizations throughout Manhattan. We are particularly eager to foster a spirit of collaboration with organizations within our catchment areas, Harlem and Washington Heights. We offer presentations to older adult organizations, churches, schools and community centers. Our presentations are designed to create awareness of the condition of complicated grief including what it is and how to recognize it.
